1.  Do I need a referral or doctor’s prescription?

You do NOT need a prescription to get started with Physical Therapy however you must be under the care of a physician.  A plan of care will be sent directly to your doctor for signature after the Initial Evaluation.

2.  Does Medicare pay for Physical Therapy?

Yes! Aloha PT Care, LLC is an in-network Medicare provider and mobile outpatient Physical Therapy services are covered by Medicare Part B.  Medicare Part B pays for 80% of the charges and your supplemental insurance typically pays for the remaining 20%.  We will check your benefits/eligibility prior to your first visit to provide a good faith estimate. We do all of the billing directly to Medicare. If you have any specific insurance questions, it's always best to call your insurance directly.

3.  Does Medicare pay for Wellness Services?

No. Medicare only covers services that are considered “medically necessary.”  Wellness Services are not covered by insurance. Call for pricing.

4.  What if I don't have Medicare insurance?

If you do not have Medicare insurance, you can pay cash for services. Call for pricing and ask about a Prompt Payment Discount. At this time, we do not participate in any other insurance plans.

5. Can I contact my Physical Therapist if I have questions?

Yes! One of the great benefits of choosing Aloha PT Care, LLC is having unlimited SECURE messaging with your therapist Nancy Earle, DPT during your care.  Feel free to call, text, or email at any time during your care to communicate any questions or concerns you may have.

6. How do I make a payment?

Payment can be made by cash, check, PayPal or Credit Card.
